Integrations

Connect the tools you already run your business with.

InventoryConnect connects to the marketplaces, storefronts, texting and email, accounting, payments, calendars and shipping tools a luxury dealer already uses, each from your own settings with your own account. List a piece on eBay, Chrono24, Bezel and Facebook Marketplace, keep your Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace shop in step, text and email clients from one inbox, post sales to QuickBooks Online and take card payments with funds settling to your own bank.

Free for every dealer until January 1, 2027. No credit card required.

// Marketplaces

List once, sell everywhere.

Send a piece to the marketplaces you sell on from the one record in your inventory. When it sells, wherever it sold, it comes off the others on their next sync, so you don't babysit four tabs.

eBay

Connect your eBay account and list pieces straight from your inventory, with their photos and item specifics. Edits you make here update the eBay listing, and a piece that sells anywhere else can end on eBay automatically.

  • Create, revise and end listings from the piece's own page
  • eBay orders come back in as sales, with the buyer and shipping address filled in, every 15 minutes
  • eBay messages land in your inbox (after a one-time reconnect), with Draft AI response for a head start on the reply; Best Offers are answered from your sales
  • A sync error shows on the piece itself, so a rejected listing never fails silently

Chrono24

A listing feed for Chrono24's dealer program. Chrono24 reads the feed hosted for your store once a day and lists the watches you've opted in.

  • Per-watch opt-in, on by default for new watches, so back-room pieces stay off
  • An optional Chrono24-only description on any watch
  • You choose what happens to sold pieces in the feed
  • Watches only; other product types are left out of the feed

Bezel

Show your watches on Bezel through a feed URL hosted for your store. Bezel reads it on its own schedule, so new pieces appear and sold ones drop off without CSV uploads.

  • Paste the feed URL into your Bezel partner dashboard once
  • Per-watch opt-in, with a store setting to opt new watches in by default
  • Watches only; handbags and other types are filtered out

Facebook Marketplace

A product catalog feed for Facebook Commerce Manager. Point a scheduled feed at the URL hosted for your store and your opted-in pieces appear in your catalog.

  • Per-piece opt-in, off until you switch a piece on
  • Every listing needs at least one retail photo
  • Sold pieces drop out on Facebook's next read of the feed
  • No separate Facebook app to build or review

// Storefronts

Your existing shop, kept in step.

Already sell on Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or Squarespace? Connect it and new pieces are pushed there with their photos, and sold pieces come down. Or build your site with the website builder that comes with every store.

Shopify

Push pieces to your Shopify shop as products, automatically when they're added or edited, or in bulk for a first sync.

  • Connect with an app you create in your own Shopify account (the setup guide walks every step)
  • Sold pieces can stay live with an Inquire button in place of Add to cart, through a small theme snippet
  • An inquiry creates the customer in your CRM, and can open a wishlist so the next match finds them
  • Bulk publish for first-time syncs and full re-publishes

WooCommerce

The same for self-hosted WordPress shops. Connect with a WordPress Application Password, no extra plugin needed for the sync itself.

  • Generate an Application Password in your WordPress admin, paste it, done
  • An optional companion plugin swaps Add to cart for an Inquire form on sold pieces
  • Inquiries land in InventoryConnect like Shopify ones
  • Bulk publish for first-time syncs

Wix Stores

Push to a Wix-hosted shop. New pieces land as products with photos, price and stock; sold pieces are hidden from your storefront with no theme editing.

  • Connect with a Wix API key and your account and site IDs
  • Photos are imported into your Wix Media Manager in your display order
  • Sold pieces are hidden through Wix's own product visibility
  • One-way: InventoryConnect to Wix; edits made in Wix don't come back

Squarespace Commerce

Push inventory to Squarespace Commerce (Advanced or Business plans). New pieces land as products on your chosen store page; sold pieces are hidden with no Code Injection.

  • Connect with a Squarespace developer API key
  • Auto-detect finds your store page once the shop has at least one product
  • Photos uploaded in your display order
  • Sold pieces are hidden through Squarespace's own product visibility

// Texts, calls & email

Every conversation in one inbox.

Bring the texting provider and the mailbox you already use. Every customer thread lands in the InventoryConnect inbox, matched to the client it belongs to, beside your eBay messages and dealer chats.

Texting · Twilio, Quo, Zoom Phone, LinqBlue

Two-way texting from your own number, threaded against each client. Bring the provider you already pay; each one bills you directly.

  • Twilio: your own Twilio account for two-way SMS, plus a forwarding number for inbound calls, phone menus, ring groups and call recording
  • Quo (formerly OpenPhone): paste an API key and pick a number
  • Zoom Phone: text from your Zoom Phone number, with the same Zoom app as your video appointments
  • LinqBlue: send from a number that arrives as a blue iMessage bubble

Email · Gmail, Outlook, your own domain

Connect your Gmail or Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 / Outlook mailbox. Client threads land in the inbox, and replies you send go out from your real mailbox.

  • Sign in with Google or Microsoft; no app passwords and no SMTP settings
  • Each teammate can connect their own mailbox, visible only to them and your store admins
  • Or send from your own domain, or use the built-in store address while you set up
  • Inbound mail threads under the client it came from

// Accounting, payments & marketing

Your books, your card processor, your email flows.

Sales post to QuickBooks Online, invoices take card payments through your own merchant account with funds settling to your bank, and customer events can drive your Klaviyo flows.

QuickBooks Online

Post your sales to your store's QuickBooks company. Every sale becomes a sales receipt with the right items and customer, so your accountant gets a clean ledger.

  • Connect once with your Intuit login
  • Sales push as sales receipts; pieces mirror as QuickBooks items; customers are created or linked
  • Plus and Advanced use quantity-tracked items; Simple Start and Essentials sync them as non-inventory items
  • A sync error shows on the record, so nothing breaks silently

Stripe, Authorize.Net, Clover

Take card payments on your invoices through your own merchant account. Funds settle to your bank; InventoryConnect never holds the money.

  • One card processor per store: Stripe, Authorize.Net or Clover
  • Customers pay by card from the invoice's own pay page
  • Add wire, Zelle, ACH and other methods per invoice, with an optional card surcharge
  • Authorize.Net: refunds from the invoice, and a chargeback evidence package built for you

Klaviyo (or any tool by webhook)

Send customers, inquiries, wishlists and sales to Klaviyo, or to any other tool through a webhook, and let your email flows do the outreach.

  • One Klaviyo connection plus one generic webhook destination per store
  • Profiles carry the brands and references a client is after, for segmenting
  • Switch each event type on or off per destination
  • Step-by-step guides for building welcome, wishlist-match and post-sale flows in Klaviyo

// Calendars, shipping & CRM

Appointments, insured labels and the rest of the back office.

Bookings land on the calendar you already live in, insured labels are bought from the piece you are shipping, and teams that run their marketing in GoHighLevel can work every lead here.

Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Zoom

Bookings from your public booking page land on your calendar, and virtual appointments get a Zoom meeting made for them.

  • Connect the store calendar; each teammate can add their own Google Calendar
  • Zoom creates the meeting and the customer gets the join link
  • Reschedules move the meeting; cancellations remove it

Insured shipping & transport

Buy insured labels from the piece you're shipping, with tracking, the label and the cost filed against it.

  • Parcel Pro, IFS Infosure, Jewelers Mutual and Transport S&H for insured labels
  • Super Dispatch to book car haulers for vehicles
  • Carrier tracking is built in; AfterShip is an optional backup

GoHighLevel & site tracking

Keep your landers and automations in GoHighLevel and work every lead, deal, conversation and appointment here. Add your own analytics tags to your website.

  • GoHighLevel leads, conversations, tasks and appointments in InventoryConnect
  • Your own Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel IDs on your website
  • Workflow webhook steps can post to Slack or Zapier

// AI agents & developer API

Bring your own AI agent, or build your own integration.

InventoryConnect runs an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT and other AI agents can work in your store directly. You choose read only or read and write, a connection works in one store only, and a teammate's connection follows that teammate's own permissions. The same tools are a documented REST API.

MCP server

In the Claude or ChatGPT app, paste one address and sign in. Any other MCP client connects with an API key.

https://www.inventoryconnect.io/api/v1/mcp

REST API & webhooks

Per-store API keys, an OpenAPI spec, and outgoing webhooks for sales, invoices, inventory, messages, appointments, deals and tasks. Wire your own website forms in through Zapier or your own code.
